Wingtree Matcha Cream is a factory-lubed tactile switch designed by Zuoce. It keeps the distinctive texture and sound character of an OG scratchy-feel switch while using a deliberately restrained lubrication approach to control unwanted noise and retain a tactile, textured press.

The 3.8mm total travel was selected for a more responsive, connected feel after the tactile event. Compared with a longer 4.0mm tactile travel, it helps keep the return from feeling abrupt while maintaining a clear, satisfying bottom-out.

Factory Lubing

For this textured tactile switch, lubrication is carefully controlled: the stem feet and corresponding metal contact are lubricated, the spring receives a light coat, and the spring seat and necessary stem-to-top-housing contact points receive targeted lubrication. The result retains the intended textured sound, feel, and character while reducing unwanted noise.

These are so good! I would say the bump while typing feels noticeably larger than the Puer Tea and Yuying V2 (I bought the 55g version of these), and the sound profile is much more balanced. These are not clacky or high-pitched by any means; they are pretty neutral as they also aren't super deep or "thocky." I would say that the scratch is somewhat inconsistent. You can hear it if you press the switch off-center, but on regular presses, it isn't always there. I enjoy these quite a bit, and may buy more in the future! Definitely a get if you are looking for a tactile with pretravel that doesn't feel like an mx brown clone, and if you don't want something overly loud or high pitched.

Another solid entry from Wingtree. Scratchy, clacky, light tactile. This one wasnt as loud as some of the other entrants we've seen lately, though I think it's probably the most balanced of the recent wave of scratchy/clacky light tactiles. Probably the most balanced we have seen lately? It's clacky, its full, its scratchy, its well tones and volumed. To my taste, it's not extreme in any particular catagory. Overall very well balanced.
