We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If your order has already been packaged, shipped, or is being prepared for shipment, we will be unable to cancel it. In this case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy upon receipt of the item.
Pre-orders and group buy items are special-order products that are made-to-order based on customer demand. This allows us to offer unique products and better pricing.
During the Group Buy/Pre-Order Period: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the announced group buy or pre-order period has ended. The specific end date and time for each group buy will be clearly stated on the product page.
After the Group Buy/Pre-Order Period Has Ended:
We cannot cancel group buy or pre-orders once the group buy period has ended.
Once the ordering window closes, we immediately submit the total quantity to our manufacturers and partners to begin production. As these items are made specifically for your order, they cannot be resold through our standard channel. Therefore, all sales for group buy and pre-order items are final once the ordering window closes.
We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. If you have a compelling reason for needing to cancel a group buy order after the window has closed, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund, we will review each request on a case-by-case basis. In rare instances, we may offer store credit if we are able to successfully sell the item to another customer from a waitlist.

Unikeys appreciates your love and support. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will help you with the return process.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return ((when tracking states that the package is marked as “Delivered”).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. On the day of requesting the return, please provide us with a Timestamp of the product to demonstrate its current condition.
