Free Shipping Policy

Most products and items are eligible for free shipping EXCEPT for Qwertykeys, Evoworks keyboards and certain custom keyboard kits.

Import duties and taxes incurred at customs are the customers' responsibility. Free shipping doesn't cover duties and taxes.

Shipping Estimate (Very Important)

(Shipping estimate is provided to us by your local shipping couriers. These time frames are an estimate only.  Delivery times will depend on the postal services worldwide and how busy they are at the time of processing and delivery. Unexpected events such as customs clearance delays, postal service strike, last-mile courier pickup delays, etc could happen and delay the delivery process. If you have any concerns with the tracking of your parcel, please contact your local carrier with your tracking number for further assistance. 

Once an order has been dispatched and collected by shipping couriers, Unikeyboards.com no longer has any control over the handling and delivery times of the parcel. It is the shipping courier's responsibility to make sure the package arrives within the expected delivery time frame. Again, the estimated shipping time and delivery time frame is provided to us BY THE SHIPPING COURIERS.
Delivery times do not include sorting and processing of parcels.

Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide. Unikeyboards.com cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we'll try to minimise any potential delays. Depending on your location, our orders can be delivered by different couriers like USPS, Canada Post, DHL, etc.)

 

The U.S: 5-7 business days

  • Good news for our U.S. customers: Unikey’s pricing and standard shipping costs for U.S customers will remain unchanged. No further tariffs or import duties will be charged on your orders upon arrival if you choose the standard shipping method. Tariffs will be charged by DHL if DHL is the chosen shipping option.

  • The DHL shipping option has been temporarily suspended for the US since they are slow to respond to the latest tariff policies and might incur extra duties and taxes upon delivery. Please choose the standard shipping option or the free shipping option when your order is eligible.

    Background information: Data processing devices, including keyboards and related peripherals (HS Code 8471), are exempt from the latest U.S. tariffs.

    You can continue ordering with confidence, with no adjustments to current prices or delivery terms. As always, we’re committed to providing transparent updates should any changes arise.

• Only the "Standard Shipping" option includes import duties and taxes. If you choose DHL as the shipping method to Canada, it will incur extra import duties, and customers will be responsible for the payment.

• Japan standard shipping cannot ship to APO addresses

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: For our European customers, if you chose DHL as the shipping method, we will refund you the VAT charged at checkout. Any VAT incured by DHL will be the customers' responsibility. If you choose the standard shipping option, VAT will be charged at checkout and Yunexpress will ship the package using DDP customs clearance method, which means you won't need to pay extra VAT or import duties.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or result in a return to sender. Orders will be reshipped once the package has been returned to us by the courier and the reshipment cost has been paid.

Lost & Undelivered Packages

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Unikeys and issues arising from such packages must be resolved by the customer with the appropriate shipping carrier. Unikeys strives to keep and resolve such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. We are not responsible for any costs associated with erroneous address submissions.
