What is a Group Buy

• a pre-order for a product before the production process. Typically, custom keyboards, keysets, and apparel are made-to-order in batch sales. This means that the manufacturer doesn't begin production until a vendor collects purchases and places a one-time order with the factory

Group Buy with Unikeys

• We try our best to fulfill GB orders in time. However, manufacturing delays and fluctuating production are not uncommon
• We will constantly update our GB status on the discord server

Group Buy Return and Refund

• Refunds will not be accepted after the GB ends
• Refunds will be executed according to the store refund policy
