Factory Lubed Yes! Stem legs and stem sliders are covered with a very thin coat of 205g0. The spring and leaf are lubed with dry film. Everything else is dry. There is no lube in the bottom housing or anywhere near the stem pole. The chance that these get lube pooling issue is very small.

(board in video is the mode sonnet 2026, built with a POM plate, plate foam, and using the green lattice blocks. keycaps are osume year of the horse PBT keycaps) Really enjoying these! 'Poppy' switches sound great in sound tests, but are usually too loud and distracting for me IRL, but the jadeites managed to hit a good middle ground with sound that's enjoyable but not so distracting I can't use it for more focused work. They're lower pitched, and not as loud as I expected. The typing feel is smooth and comfortable without being too light. I am prone to finger pain, and have yet to experience any with the jadeites. All that combined made these a really great home office choice for me. These went right into my daily rotation.
