These MX oranges are better than I expected!! I feel like I didn’t even know cherry could be modded to sound like this—the lube is consistent across the entire batch, and the scratchy feel and sound was not lost with the modding process. Will be buying more of these among others!

Mx blacks are very, extremely sensitive to lube. I'm not sure to what they did to these, but they sound extremely muted, it's like using a silent switch. They aren't overlubed from what I see, but the switch sounds so much different to a hand spring swapped and filmed mx black it's insane

Shipping time was good given the holiday period. These are mx2a switches, lubed, filmed and spring swapped. They sound good not sure if they are my favourite but, they feel really great! No complaints whatsoever

I've not tried in comparison with other modded switches but I certainly did enjoy the switches, It's been waiting for a whole lotta months to be seated in a worthy keyboard that I have finally found, here it is on my F1-8X V2.

Got these LFSS Nixies after seeing Alexotos' stream — way better than expected. Coming from HMX Sonjas, the spring weight feels similar but the texture is much nicer. Both are smooth, but the Nixies have a refined "chalky grain" feel compared to the Sonja's rougher sand-grain texture. Sound is noticeably fuller too. Basically plug-and-play premium without switch modding.

honestly the lubing, filming and spring swapping are so good there's no way I'm ever doing this myself again, 100% worth the money. And the MX2A's are great, I recommend them over Hyper Glides and Nixies but it's all preference.

I received the Cherry Nixies and they were great! The lubing was consistent in all the switches. The springs were a perfect typing weight compared to the heavy stock cherry springs. If you don’t feel like lubing your own switches I think this is a great option!

If you're like me and too lazy do a full lube/film job at times then this is a pretty solid choice. I bought some browns and I like some of the choices that were made. The spring is nice and snappy, with no spring ping. I opted to keep the stem lightly lubed, which sees them adding a small dab to both stems and nothing else to the stem body, preserving as much of that cherry scratch as possible. The leaf is the heaviest coated part, with the stem legs also getting a nice dab to create a smooth experience, and preventing any unwanted leaf noise. The films are a perfect fit and take nicely to the switch. Overall I like this offering from Unikeys, saves a lot of people the extra hassle and trouble.

Very well done on the lube and filing. Spring weight feels comparable to a lot of modern switches which is nice (80g bottom out on stock is too heavy imo).

These switches are excellent with just the right amount of scratch. Unikeys has done a fantastic job with these mods, saving me time to simply enjoy them right away! However, the pins are quite fragile compared to other switch brands, so be cautious when adding them to your board.

I was feeling a little lazy with my new build and decided to order the Nixies with the pre-filmed and lubed option. I am very pleased with my purchase. The switches I received are remarkably consistent from switch to switch and now it has me re-evaluating my own film and lube skills. I had replacement springs on standby because I thought the light 53g springs in these would be too light for me but I was really excited to discover that these extra long, light springs are right up my alley. I will likely purchase more in the future.

Just built a board with these and I gotta say, for the price you aren't gonna beat this. My biggest fear was them not having great consistency, but for my batch at the very least it is incredibly consistent. Only real complaint would be not allowing a choice of lube or spring, but again for the price it isn't something that bothers me at all.

Terrible spring ping, some even getting stuck during typing, the last Dixies order was perfectly fine but I’m really disappointed with this order. If I have to take it apart and redo everything, what’s the point of paying the extras? Just terrible!
