Used the Kailh Calligraphy linear swtiches on my new Manta 60, designed by Alex Otos and Bowl of Bowlkeyboards, with Aluminum switch plate. Love how they sound bright and poppy. Used a Mode Obscura on the spacebar. Very happy with the results. Exact sound profile I was going for. Loud and poppy!
These Kailh Caligraphy switches are awesome one of my favorite perfect sound and great feel. Definitely recommended.
Very nice feeling switch. Tone is bright, high pitched, but can sound thin on aluminum. Love the scratch, feel is great!
Clean, full and clacky with some seriously nice scratch!
Personally I like the R2s, but the initial complains are warranted. I think it comes down to the factory lube job required quite a few actuations to spread properly for the switch to sound uniform, but these definitely benefit from a little TLC in the lube department. I do prefer the 55g actuation and the housing upgrade was well needed. Still a great switch, just has a bit of a break-in period.

These switches sound so good pretty snappy and smooth at the same time. Highly recommended
One of my favorite switches at the moment! The only downside is that the plastic material bits come off when you install them and they can fit a little funny after, but once installed, all is well! No need to mod, these sound REALLY good stock and the spring weight is perfect - subtle amount of scratch, and perfect travel.
