The Switchs are great, shipping was fast.
The Keygeek Y2 switch, designed by MZ Studio, again proves to us that Keygeek has no limits when it comes to innovation. The Y2 switches use Keygeek's newest waffle stem tip molding to create an extremely deep sound profile. The stem tip comes with a textured design, which reduces the contact surface area to eliminate any possible clacky or poppy tone.
The PA12 housing increases the overall smoothness and further minimizes any scratch sound that might exist, leading to a pure and deep bottom-out sound profile.

Insane thock. I think it's the king of thock switches. Don't overthink it, just buy this one and enjoy. The process was great, received it quickly and all switches arrived in perfect condition. My favorite store by a long mile.

I think these live up to the hype! They're really nice and have a deeper thocky sound signature. The only downside is that the switch's deep red colour does impact RGB a bit but other than that, if you don't care for RGB, these are probably one of the best reasonably priced switches in the market right now. Specs: Leobog Hi75 Pro barebones with the Y2 switches (45g), keycaps are from aliexpress - maimoo milky white moa profile keycaps

Switch is overall super great. In person dounds thocky, almost wood like. For a thock lovers absolutely best switch on the market, also great thanks for unikeys. Some switches arrived broken, and they sent replacement switches instantly. Overall great purchasing experience, recommend!

Definitely better than my previous red swith, very smooth, quieter and the thock is very nice.

Deep, low-pitched sound with a buttery, creamy feel. Slightly heavy spring weight makes every keypress solid and satisfying.

Amazing switches! I've ordered two batches before and they're consistently fantastic, I still haven't received a dud.

THOCKY. This is one of the most if not the most thocky switch that exists on the market right now. Nothing else comes close really, except the SU V2 from keygeek which is a refined version of this one but still sounds a bit less thocky for my ears. Also these switches are a lot lighter than what you might think, because they're so smooth. So the 63g version is perfect. I used the 45g first and I didnt like it

Just what I was looking for. These give that thocky sound while also having a bit of that marbely sound. The heavier spring was better than expected and makes each key press feel more meaningful.

Quick shipping and great price as always. And they always have the switches I want to try, no matter how popular they seem the be at that moment. Looking forward to trying another set soon.

9/10 Good, 63g bottom out wasnt so heavy after all, wouldave wish it is clear though, the red makes the led redder, good light penetration, if you were to buy this get the lighter one, the sound almost makes no difference (tested with 40g spring, almost no difference in sound) Keyboard: epomaker p75 (bought for 70$ on amazon a the time of the purchase) Keycaps: Sumgsn white jade translucent keycaps (sa profile) Stock stablizers (factory lubed) Decent amount of lube in the switch considering it was factory lubed as well

Super thocky, it sounds so deep in fact that it almost sounds muted on my board!

This switch is entire octaves deeper than most switches, and it has a nice combination of a smooth and light press. It instantly became one of my favorite switches.

I lubed those bitches for 8 Hours straight and I couldn’t be happier. They feel very smooth to type on and they have a very low Sound Profile. They Sound like you would type on foam, quiet yet Deep. I am super happy with them, can only recommend. :)

Great thocky Switches. Would love for them to be transparent, because the red casing colours the RGB (white becomes pink). Very smooth switches maybe a TINY little bit scrachier than the oat linears which were originally installed in the Evo80. But the feel and sound are fantastic, love the switches!

The y2s + mchose gx87 ultra. Honestly, these are the best switches I've ever used. Now I'm planning to get the ceramic key caps with it. Can't wait !

They switches sound and feel great. The sound is very low and has that "thock" everyone is looking for. However, I installed 90 switches and at least 5 of them were defective right out of the bag. They display missed button presses and sometimes double presses. Completely unusable. This does not lead to a great deal of confidence that the rest of the switches will hold up over time. Edit: Bumped up to 4 stars because UniKeys reached out to replace the defective switches. Not just the defective ones, but some extras too, just in case. Good customer service. I hope QC can improve or my first order was just a fluke.

Incredible switch. I bought the 53g bottom out one and they are decent for a guy coming from 50gf tactile switches. Sounds creamy and thocky (might remind you of good ol' 2022 keeb scene). Feel is very pillowy and mellowy which surprised me a bit. It feels like there's a very mellowy resistance just before you bottom-out so I think these might have been a bit overlubed. Zero scratching and very smooth as usual. All that said, I am gonna take a one start away just because how weak the housing is + having a really hard time trying fit it into my Crush80. I tried for half an hour trying to fit few of these but ended up damaging the housing trying to pull them out. This is a problem I have encountered with Jasmine V2s so looks like KG switches aren't compatible with Crush0s sockets for some reason. Fitted in just fine with my Aula F99 though. 4/5. Best creamy and thocky switch on the market right now. Ideal if you are going for a plastic case with PP/POM/PC plate.

A must have for thock fans! My new favourite in my large switch collection. Wonderfully deep, muted sound and buttery smooth. A must have for thock fans. This switch is simply magnificent. Should be installed on PC or FR4 plates to maintain the deep sound.A must have for thock fans!

These are the best linear switches I've ever had. It feels really nice to type on, and it makes a great sound. I've been looking for switches that make the deepest sound for a long time, and I finally found them. The delivery was fast and the shop communicated well. Thank you, Unikeys!

This is my second time buying these switches, they're incredibly smooth and have such a unique sound profile I think they're truly a fantastic option. The only negative is that my previous purchase was for the 45g version and the stem wobble is a fair bit more noticeable compared to those. It's not bad but something I thought I'd mention.
Shai G. 4/5 Verified
The best switches I've ever had, not too loud, soft bottom out, perfect for fans of thock.

Left is keygeek PA, right is Y2. Love the spring options as I prefer much lighter weights. It’s a very interesting switch because it can give a board without any foam in it that somewhat foamy deep sound profile. When you pair them with foam it gets even crazier. This board is no foam so you can guess how deep it gets with.

Keyboard: Evowork Evo80 Plate: PP (Polypropylene) Foam: Full stock foam Stabilizers: TX AP Plate-Mount (Newest 2023 Version) - Wires lubed with dielectric grease - Stems and housings lubed with Krytox 205g0 This switch is an excellent option for those who prefer a muted, softer thock in a quieter environment. It is nowhere near as full or loud as the Keygeek Y3s, which sound significantly louder and more robust by comparison. As Milktooth mentioned, the sound profile is reminiscent of lightly tapping a solid wooden plank with a mallet. Controlled, dampened, and satisfying. The switch is very quiet, bordering on silent, yet it’s not a true silent switch, you can still clearly hear the thock. Keystrokes are extremely smooth. I’m using the 38g version, and the typing feel is incredibly light, with excellent rebound speed that suits fast typists well (I was tired in the video and didn’t feel like typing quickly). There is zero spring ping or leaf ping. On my Evowork Evo80 with the stock, extremely thick keycaps, the switch sounds more muted and slightly hollow, which aligns perfectly with my preferences. If you’re looking for a fuller and more “cracky” sound profile, pairing this switch with an FR4 plate makes a noticeable difference, I tested it on an FR4 Evo80, and it sounds significantly fuller and louder compared to the PP plate. One downside is RGB compatibility: any white RGB lighting will appear light red through the switch. Stem wobble is decent but not on the same level as some HMX switches, such as the HMX Cheese I own. Overall, if you’re looking for a quieter, muted thock, an ultra-light typing experience, and a near-silent switch that still retains character, this is an outstanding choice. Truly a masterpiece from Keygeek.

We all know that Y2s are smooth and thocky, but the 37g variant is also light as a feather and great for a long long typing sessions.
