Factory Lubed Yes! Stem legs and stem sliders are covered with a very thin coat of 205g0. The spring and leaf are lubed with dry film. Everything else is dry. There is no lube in the bottom housing or anywhere near the stem pole. The chance that these get lube pooling issue is very small.

Excellent push feel and quiet but satisfying sound. Capital D shaped tactile like a gateron type-R, Hmx Hydra or bsun golden apple. Very satisfying to type on auth a great satisfying but quiet sound. I generally don't use silent switches at all because i don't like the mushy feeling on the bottom and top collision. Our office layout is changing and i will soon have co-workers sitting quite close to me, so I'm rebuilding my neo98 to be a little more coworker friendly. These switches don't feel mushy at all on the bottom out, just dampened, and i don't think there is a damper on the top collision though it is very quiet. If you have nearby co-workers but still want to enjoy the type-r style tactile party, these are the switches for you!

Came in super fast, everything went well and no issues. The sound is very nice, but if you're looking for a silent switch, i would maybe not recommend this one, it is more tactile and thocky rather than tactile silent in my opinion!!
