The Guyu switches are a beautiful spring-themed switch named after the Chinese 24t solar term Guyu, or "Grain Rain". Guyu is the 6th solar term among the 24 terms, and it indicates the increase in rainfall and signals the start of crop growth. The Guyu switch has a full green POM housing to represent the Spring season and a white UPE stem in the middle representing the budding of crops. With a UPE stem, the typing feel of the Guyu switch leans to the softer side. The modified POM housing makes sure the switch is smooth when combined with a UPE stem and helps it sound full and thocky.
